I am an over-educated professional who tries to spend as much time as possible cooking, taking pictures, and playing with my fur babies while working to pay the bills. I was born and raised in NYC and have moved around a bit for education and work before settling in the Philadelphia suburbs where I currently reside. I became plant based in February 2012 and Dandelion Wishes is the next step in my journey of trying new foods, new recipes, documenting the adventures and loving it as much as possible.
