I am an over-educated professional who tries to spend as much time as possible cooking, taking pictures, and playing with my fur babies while working to pay the bills.  I was born and raised in NYC and have moved around a bit for education and work before settling in the Philadelphia suburbs where I currently reside.  I became plant based in February 2012 and Dandelion Wishes is the next step in my journey of trying new foods, new recipes, documenting the adventures and loving it as much as possible.

    • Thanks so much! The blog keeps me motivated and forces me to put more thought into my meal planning. I love to cook but can get lazy when I get busy with work and life so this is my reminder to take the time to do what I love!

  2. Hey there! I just discovered your blog and love it. I’m an over-educated person who gave up her career to try to make it as a writer (yikes). My husband and I are also following a plant-based diet. We started a year and a half ago when my husband had some health issues. It was hard at first, but we love it now. Celeste 🙂
